Abstract: This article through the analysis of the current higher vocational college enterprise culture education present situation, pointed out the important significance of enterprise culture for higher vocational education, summarizes the connotation of enterprise culture education, advocates the use of "three three three" education strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry out the enterprise culture and education.

随着我国职业教育的深入发展和职业院校与企业开展深层次校企合作的需要,对高职院校学生进行企业文化教育显得愈加迫切和重要。但是,当前不少高职院校由于各种原因仍然未重视将企业文化教育纳入教学之中,致使学生进入企业就业后存在诸多问题。

“高等职业院校要坚持育人为本,德育为先,把立德树人作为根本任务,要高度重视学生的职业道德教育和法制教育,重视培养学生的诚信品质、敬业精神和责任意识、遵纪守法意识,培养出一批高素质的技能型人才。”文件明确地指出了高职院校培养出的人才不仅要有扎实的专业技能,而且要有深厚的职业素养,要二者兼备。因此,对高职院校学生在校期间开展企业文化教育应该提到重要的教学日程。如何选定企业文化教育内容、采取何种方法进行企业文化教育、如何将企业文化教育与职业素养培养有机融合起来,是职业教育必须重视,也是势在必行的重要问题。

一、高职院校企业文化教育的现状

据调查,目前不少高职院校的学生毕业进入企业后虽然具有较强的专业技术能力,但却存在以下种种不良现象:有些毕业生嫌企业一线工作累,工作时消极应对,甚至迟到早退;有些毕业生刚进企业嫌工资低,频繁跳槽;有些毕业生工作时我行我素,缺乏与同事沟通合作的能力等。凡此种种,都说明这些学生职业道德较差,缺乏诚信品质、敬业精神、责任意识、团队合作精神以及遵纪守法意识。就本质而言,都反映了在校期间企业文化教育和职业素养培养的不足。从当前情况看,有些职业院校对企业文化教育问题已经引起了重视,也对在校期间的学生开展了企业文化教育活动。综合起来,高职院校开展企业文化教育主要有下面几种方式:一是在学生入学后结合《大学生职业生涯发展与就业指导》 嵌入企业文化教育的内容;二是开设相关的企业文化选修课;三是请企业有关方面领导和技术骨干到学校通过讲座形式介绍企业文化;四是学生通过工学交替或实习,让学生在实践中体验企业文化。

以上几种企业文化教育形式,对学生了解企业、熟悉企业文化能起到一定的作用。但是,这几种形式有些耽于理论知识的介绍,有些只是对企业文化表象的解读,有些只能使学生对企业文化形成局部感悟,都存在各种不同的局限性。职业素养需要通过一定的职业文化氛围来陶冶,因此,在高职教育中融入企业文化教育,是培养和提高学生职业素养的一个重要途径。 如何有机地把企业文化教育和学生的职业素养培养融合起来,使学生在校期间始终把专业知识学习与企业文化教育有机结合起来,使之达到水乳交融的状态,从而使他们在毕业时对企业文化就能有全面地了解,具备企业所需要的职业素养,适应企业的岗位需求,职业院校还需要从提高对企业文化的认识高度出发,采取切实可行的策略,把企业文化教育有机地融入教学全过程。
