浅谈施工问题与新技术的应用

Absrtact: With the continuous advancement of modernization, the development speed of China's construction projects has been increasing. In the current Internet era, science and technology are developing rapidly, and information updating is faster. In order to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition, as a construction enterprise, it is necessary to pay attention to technological innovation and promote construction technology innovation, so as to improve the degree of informatization of construction technology. Taking the construction project as an example, this paper first understands the general situation of the construction of the construction project, and on this basis, mainly discusses the application of the new construction technology in the construction of the construction project.

In the construction, we mainly adopt cast-in-place concrete structure, actively introduce new technologies, and pay more attention to the cost of the project and the process of construction technology. Promoting the content of science and technology in the construction process, speeding up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and actively adopting new technologies and technologies, so that new technologies have been widely used in construction, shortening the construction period. On the premise of applying a large number of new technologies, the safety of construction personnel has been guaranteed, while laying the foundation for the rapid development of China's construction industry.
 
 
1. General Situation Analysis of Construction Engineering
 
 
The total building area of a building project has reached 20180 square meters. Cast-in-situ concrete structure is adopted. For example, without paying attention to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of concrete, the construction quality declines. In addition, in the link of concrete construction, insufficient maintenance time and lack of water lead to the emergence of hemp surface and honeycomb, which not only affects the quality of concrete construction, but also poses a great threat to the safety of relevant workers, and there are many potential safety hazards.

(1) Application of precise positioning technology
 
 
Precise positioning technology is GPS technology, which has been widely used in construction. For example, precise positioning technology is used in construction lofting, and control network is used. Its technology has high accuracy and speed. GPS technology is used for precise positioning, which saves more manpower and material resources and ensures the rational use of existing resources. To ensure the safety of the construction process, a large number of high-rise buildings are emerging in the present era. In order to improve the accuracy of defense work, precise positioning technology is applied in time, which not only improves the construction efficiency, but also makes scientific control of external factors, such as light, wind, temperature difference and other factors, so as to minimize the impact of external factors on the quality of defense line and apply new technologies. On the premise, the measurement and control technology has been improved continuously, and the engineering survey work has been completed more conveniently and quickly, which guarantees the quality of construction survey. The application of total station in the process of wiring can improve the accuracy of engineering survey by using the coordinate method of total station. At the same time, it has many advantages, such as integration, automation, intelligence, and so on. The advantages of new technology can be better brought into play. The coordinate method of total station is widely used in construction surveying, so that coordinate lofting can be accomplished quickly with the advantage of total station, which avoids the problems of low precision and low speed in traditional surveying methods, greatly improves the timeliness of surveying, and avoids the occurrence of measurement errors to the greatest extent [5]. Based on the application of elevation transfer technology, it avoids the time-consuming of the project and reduces the labor intensity of the personnel. With the continuous improvement, the ranging instrument measurement technology has emerged. Its advantages are: convenient data reading, less time-consuming and higher accuracy. At present, this technology is used in the elevation of construction projects in China. It has been widely used in transmission. Verticality control method is used to evaluate the quality of Engineering construction. Laser collimation technology is fully used to control verticality. It has high accuracy, is not affected by external factors, and has strong adaptability. It greatly reduces the accumulation of errors [6].
 
 
(2) Application of Waterproof Construction Technology
 
 
The link of waterproofing treatment in construction projects needs to touch the water-contact part, and take scientific measures to prevent leakage and cracks. In waterproofing treatment, first of all, we should plan waterproofing treatment measures. In this link, we should mainly consider waterproofing treatment appliances and equipment, carry out multi-channel protection, and do a good job of comprehensive protection, so as to better meet the requirements of waterproofing technology. (4) Application Technology of Precast Concrete Components
 
 
In the construction link of building slab joint structure, new type of prestressing hollow slab is actively used for construction. Reasonable design of prefabricated and assembled floors keeps the advantage of fast installation. After leveling, steel mesh is added in time to make it connect as a whole, which greatly improves the seismic performance of building structure. The high-strength prestressing steel wire is used as the prestressing main reinforcement of building structure. A prefabricated assembly building system has been formed. Developing the composite floor structure vigorously, using the prestressing steel wire as the prestressing slab of the main reinforcement part and the hollow slab as the prefabricated slab, so that it can form a large composite floor in time with the existing concrete composite layer, effectively reducing the construction process, improving the construction quality of the project, and actively applying the prefabricated concrete in the construction process.
 
 
IV. CONTROL MEASURES FOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING
 
 
(1) Construction Quality Control of Pile Foundation
 
 
On the basis of pile foundation experiment, it is necessary to design drainage passages in many aspects, control the density and length of piles scientifically, analyze carefully, conform to the construction regulations, and better ensure the construction. (2) Quality control of concrete construction

The application of precise positioning technology, waterproof construction technology, steel bar connection technology, prefabricated concrete components and other technologies should be strengthened. Using GPS technology for precise positioning saves more manpower and material resources, ensures the rational use of existing resources, focuses on waterproofing treatment equipment, equipment, etc., carries out multi-channel defense, earnestly completes comprehensive defense, actively uses aerated concrete brick wall for waterproofing construction, carries out uniform plastering of wall parts in advance, and adds a layer of steel wire mesh to make it possible.
