Abstract with the development of information technology, computer is widely exists in our work, study and life. As a computer teacher, I deeply feel the importance of teaching mode and the quality education for students. According to the study and characteristics of computer course of technical school students, how to adapt to the demands of the information age teaching, improve teaching quality and teaching effect, which is very important to strengthen the cultivation of students' innovative ability. In order to make students can truly become the advanced computer talent morality as well as knowledge integration in the future, we should break the traditional mode of computer teaching, promote a variety of teaching methods, and put the quality education into computer teaching to.

技校的特点是培养具有较强计算机应用能力和工作创新能力的实用型人才。教学中如果我们仍采用传统的教学模式,错估或低估了学生的认知能力、知识经验以及个体差异,就会导致学生失去学习的兴趣。为培养适应社会需求的人才,我们应摒弃传统的教学,运用灵活多变的教法教学生自我学习,接受新信息、处理新信息的能力,以提高学生的实际操作能力和适应工作环境的能力。

The technical characteristic is to train practical talents with strong computer application ability and work ability of innovation. 1 技校计算机课程的特点

计算机基础要求学生掌握计算机的基本理论及基本操作,教学围绕 windows XP、 office2003以及网络的内容,有很强的实践性。刚上课的时候几乎所有的学生都表现出极大的兴趣,但时间长了,大部分学生觉得越学越难、越学越枯燥,有的学生还产生不知道怎么学、不想学的想法。还有一些学生很少接触计算机,所以面对电脑的时候既想动手试试,又怕弄坏电脑。这就要求我们加以正确的引导,帮助学生克服无从下手的心理障碍,让学生的积极动手能力甚至包括想象力都能得到充分的体现。另外社会对技校学生的偏见也导致了学生的学习热情不高。同时通过网络他们的信息来源非常广泛,外界对他们的诱惑很大,所以枯燥的课堂学习不能满足他们的心理需求,大部分学生热衷于网络游戏、享乐等,无心学习。这些学生掌握知识不牢固,但智力并不差,他们有敏捷的思维,较强的动手能力。所以作为技校的教师,更应该注意培养学生的操作能力。

2.1 利用分层教学,发挥学生个性

班级授课的教育忽略了学生的个体差异,特别是计算机课程,很多城市学生家里都有电脑,有些学生已经通过其他渠道学过相关的计算机知识,但也有不少来自乡村的学生从来没碰过计算机,学生的计算机水平参差不齐,这就需要我们进行教学改革。比如讲Office 2003时,我们首先要了解学生的知识差异并对他们进行分组,在教学中将学生分为A、B、C三层,A层:掌握五笔打字、Word、Excel的基础知识,上课能注意听讲,参与教学活动,改变学习习惯;B层:牢固掌握基础知识,五笔打字速度快,能独立排版编辑,上课专心听讲,提高学习主动性和独立性;C层:培养较强的分析能力,灵活运用能力,进行办公应用高级培训,培养一定的自学能力。我们可以利用如分层提问、分层练习、分层作业、分层测验等,让每一个学生都参与进来,各层学生都有与自己水平相适应的学习目标和练习,教师在教学中只要指导学生发现、思考和解决问题的方法,让每个学生都能按照自己的兴趣和方法选择不同的学习材料和学习方式。

情境教学可以激发学生学习兴趣,在讲Word时我选择情境教学法,首先在大屏幕上设计一张版面独特的“手抄报”,包含文字、插图、背景等元素,版面内容有名人名言、笑话、文摘等。学生看后兴趣大增。这时我们可以抓住学生的求知欲,及时把Word的重点、难点授完,然后以一些大的主题为背景,例如制作迎世博会宣传册,提出真实的任务情境、结合世博会的进展情况进行讲解、让学生自己确定主题、在网上搜集各类文字图片素材、设计宣传画,然后作品展示、总结交流。最后布置任务由学生自主选择练习如课程表、贺卡、报刊等的设计。在制作过程中再针对出现的问题进行讲解,并指出解决难点的技术要点。这样同学们表现出极大的兴趣,他们充分发挥自己的想象力、绘画、审美、文才等才能,制作出了非常精美的作品。

没有哪一种模式是最完美的。在教学中,采用哪种教学模式,需要我们在实践中不断地去摸索总结。当然,教学的目的不在于追求完美的模式,而是通过教学改革既做到传道授业解惑,还要不失时机、灵活地育人,全面地贯彻教育方针。以上是我在教学过程中针对技校教学模式的肤浅认识。在今后的教学过程中多学习其他教师经验根据课堂情况积极应对学生,不断地调整适合各个层次学生的教学模式,并继续做进一步的教学实践尝试,不断的提高自身的教学水平。
