With the continuous development of the basic education curriculum reform, "the garden this course" more and more attention is paid to more and more important. Status of preschool teachers in the kindergarten curriculum reform is in no one can and, at the same time also put forward higher requirements for preschool teachers, asking them to improve their comprehensive quality, the formation of appropriate education idea in order to effectively develop and the development of Kindergarten Based curriculum. “园本课程”是指以国家法律法规及相关政策为指导,以幼儿园自己的环境和条件为基础,以幼儿的现实需要和学习兴趣为出发点,以幼儿园教师为开发主体,幼儿园、社区和家长等多方共同参与构建的幼儿园课程。
