0 Introduction

There are various organizations for a long time will lead to high blood sugar, especially the eyes, kidneys and blood vessels, nerve injury or chronic functional disorder, which is abnormal lipid analysis and Research on the implementation of health examination results of patients with the same period [1]. symptoms common in patients with diabetes in this study, the 2010-07/2012-07 of our hospital treated 97 cases of diabetic disease display. And low density lipoprotein, the serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and uric acid test, the effect is good, the report is as follows.
1 data and methods
The general data of 1.1 diabetic patients in our hospital from 2010-07 /2012-07 hospital as the research object, divided into the study group (n = 97). There were 51 male and 46 female patients, aged 35~83 (mean 53.18 + 2.17) years old, the course of 3~16 (average 7.88 + 1.09 years). At the same time, the healthy people were set as control group (n = 97), including male and female, aged from 35 to 84 (average age of 52.71 + / - 49) (= + 2.51).
The standard of 1.2 of patients in the study group and WHO (World Health Organization, WHO) diabetes diagnosis criteria of custom complying and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; the control group showed normal blood glucose index. Methods 1.3 venous blood of two groups of patients in the morning fasting state from 5 mL as used in this study sample, after centrifugation for 10 min, the serum separated by enzyme method to detect serum uric acid, triglyceride and total cholesterol level, select the direct detection method to measure serum of high and low density lipoprotein levels, and to carry out statistical analysis of the results.
1.4 statistical analysis using SPSS18.0 statistical software for data analysis, measurement data using X + s, t test, P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.
2 Results
The levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, uric acid and high density lipoprotein in serum of patients in the study group were compared with those of healthy people.
According to the test results, the patients in the study group containing serum low density lipoprotein, triglyceride and total cholesterol levels were higher than the control group, and serum uric acid and high density lipoprotein were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, 1).
3 discussion
Diabetes is a chronic metabolic systemic disease, symptoms of polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia and weight loss, and patients according to their different autoimmune disease may appear weight loss, blurred vision, pain, skin itching, numbness and other symptoms, more complications related to [3]. research shows [4] diabetes, to lifelong disease, the clinical cure is not found, just after a drug to control blood sugar, so patients need lifelong medication treatment, causing serious harm to the patient's physical and mental. In recent years, with the gradual aging of China's population, people's living standards continue to rise, the incidence of the disease is on the rise, to the patient's life safety and quality of life has a serious impact.
The results of this study show that the serum containing body in diabetics among low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly higher than in healthy people, and the body of the serum containing high density lipoprotein and uric acid level is lower than that of healthy people, so clinicians can follow the uric acid and lipid levels in patients with their serum to the judgment of the patient's condition, timely diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes are especially important.
In summary, in the implementation of the time of treatment for diabetic patients, clinicians need timely selection of uric acid and lipid content of clinical detection technology on patients' serum were judged, and use the appropriate method to implement the intervention on the test results, and achieve good curative effect.
