高职校园文化与石油企业文化对接和融通

Higher vocational education is an employment oriented education. Its goal is to cultivate excellent high-end skilled professionals required by enterprises. Depending on petroleum enterprises, petroleum higher vocational colleges must systematically train talents according to the specifications of petroleum enterprises. To realize the connection and integration between the campus culture of petroleum higher vocational colleges and the culture of petroleum enterprises, and to create a campus culture with petroleum characteristics, will help to highlight the school characteristics, enhance the core competitiveness, and directly train high-quality skilled and applied talents for the petroleum industry enterprises. In order to realize the effective docking and deep integration of the petroleum school enterprise culture, we must base on the "three complete", that is, the whole process, comprehensive and full staff.
 
1、 Integrate the petroleum enterprise culture into the personnel training to realize the whole process docking and integration
 
Build a talent training system that integrates into the petroleum enterprise culture and covers the whole course, and form a long-term mechanism to support talent training. The petroleum enterprise culture with Daqing spirit and iron man spirit as the core has rich connotation and plays a great leading role in the construction of campus culture in Petroleum Vocational Colleges. With the talent training program as the carrier and the teaching link as the support, it integrates the petroleum enterprise culture to realize the docking and integration of the school enterprise culture in the whole process of talent training. Through the course of "petroleum enterprise culture" and other forms, the enterprise spirit, business philosophy and values of petroleum enterprises are consciously infiltrated into the teaching content and the guidance of employment and entrepreneurship, the knowledge ability and quality requirements of real professional posts in petroleum enterprises are integrated into the curriculum standards and teaching contents, and the "three old and four strict", "four same" and "four same" are integrated into the curriculum standards and teaching contents The "five requirements" and "post responsibility system" and other management methods rich in petroleum enterprise characteristics are introduced into teaching management and student management, and the enterprise culture is introduced in a socialized, entrepreneurial and open manner, so that students can be imperceptibly influenced by the petroleum enterprise culture in their study and life. 2、 Integrate petroleum enterprise culture at all levels of campus culture to achieve comprehensive docking and integration
 
① Take enterprise culture as the leading factor. In the process of docking the campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges, the positive role of enterprise and enterprise culture is often the main one, and the negative role of campus culture to enterprise culture is the auxiliary one.
 
② Focus on spiritual culture.
