With the rapid development of social economy, the continuous improvement of national policies and the change of residents' consumption concept, the medical insurance market has entered a period of rapid growth since the new century, and the social demand for medical insurance professionals is increasing rapidly. The cultivation of high-end medical insurance (hereinafter referred to as "medical insurance") professionals mainly depends on higher education. At present, about 30 colleges and universities in China have set up undergraduate medical insurance majors in the school of public health or the school of management. Taking the author's University as an example, the medical insurance specialty is a secondary discipline subordinate to the first-class discipline "public utilities management"; Since 1996, it began to enroll undergraduates. It is one of the earliest institutions in China to carry out undergraduate education of medical insurance specialty. The goal of this major is to "cultivate compound talents who have the basic knowledge and application ability of medical insurance theory, technology and methods, and can be competent for medical insurance work in medical insurance departments, medical and health units and commercial insurance institutions"; The school system is four years, totaling 2056 class hours, and the bachelor's degree of "management" is awarded after graduation. As one of the professional basic courses, human anatomy is arranged for 53 class hours. The teaching task is undertaken by the Department of anatomy of the Medical College of the University.
 
As a basic subject of medicine, human anatomy plays an indispensable role in medical knowledge learning for medical insurance undergraduates. However, the course of human anatomy has many contents and strong specialty, and it still needs to be explored and improved in the aspects of curriculum setting, textbook selection, teaching focus and cultivating students' scientific research and innovation ability. This paper introduces the problems and Countermeasures in the course of human anatomy in medical insurance major of our university, with the purpose of offering a brick to attract jade and consulting with colleagues in basic medicine teaching and research.
 
Main problems in human anatomy of medical insurance Majors
 
1.1 some teachers and students have insufficient understanding of the importance of human anatomy course
 
The research shows that the degree of recognition of human anatomy in different majors affects students' learning initiative. The undergraduate medical insurance major is an interdisciplinary major, involving many disciplines such as medicine, economics and management. Mastering certain basic medical knowledge and skills is the characteristic of the medical insurance major, and it is also a major advantage different from other financial and insurance majors. As a basic course of medicine, human anatomy helps students understand and master the basic knowledge of the morphological structure of various systems of the human body. It occupies an important position in the whole medical course study. It is not only the basis for the follow-up study of other basic medicine and clinical medicine courses, but also lays a knowledge foundation for future medical insurance positions. However, at present, the employment in the medical insurance industry has the characteristics of "low threshold and high substitution rate", and the graduates with "professional background" do not have an advantage in the employment competition. Some students belittle their major, despise basic medical courses such as human anatomy under the influence of the general environment, and even have resistance, which has seriously affected the supporting role of the course. Some teachers are even influenced by students and have a "sense of frustration" in teaching, which shows that the learning requirements for human anatomy of the medical insurance major are reduced, the teaching content is reduced, and the course is "marginalized" or "formalized", As a result, professional characteristics can not give full play to their advantages.
 
1.2 lack of optimization of human anatomy curriculum and insufficient applicability of teaching materials
 
At present, the anatomy syllabus of medical insurance specialty is basically a "compressed version" of clinical medicine specialty. The curriculum is disconnected from the follow-up courses, especially economics and management. Some senior students reported that "anatomy content is not available and has been forgotten", which indicates that the curriculum is lack of continuity and needs to be optimized. We should use "source thinking" to solve this problem. The applicability of teaching materials is an important consideration in the selection of teaching materials. At present, there is a lack of human anatomy teaching materials for medical insurance specialty in China. If the teaching materials for clinical medicine specialty are selected, the content will be too complicated, which will do more harm than good. Different from the medical courses of clinical specialty, the medical insurance specialty only needs to master the necessary basic knowledge of human anatomy, and the teaching content can be appropriately simplified. However, there is still a lack of accurate research on how to simplify and to what extent. Teaching still remains in the simple compression of class hours and content. How to select professional textbooks with medical insurance characteristics more pertinently, stress on practicality and applicability, open the gap between students' professional knowledge and non professionals, and improve the "gold content" of the major is one of the important problems faced at present.

2 coping strategies
 
2.1 clarify the importance of anatomy in medical insurance
 
The medical insurance undergraduate specialty of our university has developed rapidly since it began enrollment in 1996, and has become one of the characteristic specialties of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. After four years of study, students can have the basic knowledge and practical application ability of medical insurance theory, technology and methods, as well as strong practical ability, communication ability and Humanities and social science literacy. The medical insurance graduates of our university have a high employment rate, and the employers in the province have a good response, indicating that the overall teaching effect, including medical courses, is remarkable. However, at the same time, there is still a relative lack of high-end talents in the medical insurance industry, indicating that there are still many areas that need to be improved in education and training.
 
First of all, we should improve the sense of discipline identity, inspire people with positive examples, and urge teachers and students to fully understand the importance of human anatomy in medical insurance. Human anatomy is arranged in the first semester of freshmen. In the face of Freshmen with strong plasticity, combined with the ideological and political education in recent years, teachers strengthen that anatomy is the "building stone" of all majors related to "medicine", and medical insurance is no exception. In addition, we adopt flexible teaching forms in teaching practice. In addition to traditional teaching methods and new teaching forms such as PBL teaching and flipped classroom in recent years, we also actively, enthusiastically, strictly require and positively encourage students to realize "happy learning" and change "want me to learn" into "I want to learn" in the teaching process of "moistening things silently".
 
Secondly, "medical insurance features" are emphasized in teaching. Different from the learning objectives of students majoring in clinical medicine, students majoring in medical insurance study human anatomy in order to master the necessary basic medical knowledge, lay a foundation for subsequent learning and mastering the corresponding professional knowledge, and help cultivate students' skills in medical insurance underwriting, claims settlement, marketing, customer health management, etc. in their future work, as well as in health risk assessment, medical expense audit Ability to perform professional work such as injury survey. The study of systematic anatomy can meet the training requirements of medical insurance students. Therefore, we did not set up regional anatomy, but also emphasized and required to master some contents related to local anatomy, so as to ensure that we can learn from point to area. For example, is thyroid cancer equal to "cancer" in the general sense in medical insurance? The standard qualitative analysis does not belong to the teaching content of anatomy, but we require students to fully understand the structure and function of thyroid gland, local adjacent lymph nodes and other morphological basic contents in teaching, so as to provide medical knowledge basis for problems in medical insurance practice. These distinctive medical insurance features can not only make teaching students interesting, but also improve students' understanding of the importance of the course.
 
2.2 optimize curriculum and teaching materials
 
Scientific and reasonable curriculum is the basis and key to cultivate professional talents. After more than 20 years of exploration, many colleges and universities have gradually "standardized" from "crossing the river by feeling the stone", forming a stable curriculum setting mode of "professional foundation + major + practice". Our school-based major is no exception, but it follows the spirit of "emphasizing, strengthening integration and combining demonstration". First of all, we emphasize the combination of professional characteristics, reasonable arrangement and "guarantee" teaching. The medical insurance curriculum system of the university is mainly composed of public courses, medical courses and economic management courses, involving many disciplines such as medicine, management and insurance. The time arrangement is urgent, so the rationality of the curriculum arrangement is particularly important. Our implementation principle is to "comprehensively grasp the general direction and focus on the small details", maintain and form a stable curriculum framework in the teaching of human anatomy, and constantly optimize the syllabus in stability.
 
Secondly, we should strengthen the integration of disciplines to make students' learning more continuous, logical and systematic, which is the fundamental goal of training medical insurance professionals. Therefore, the curriculum setting and arrangement of various disciplines must avoid being too scattered. At the same time, the communication between teachers of various disciplines must be strengthened to change the current situation of single knowledge structure of professional teachers, and the existing professional teachers should be trained to ensure the organic integration of insurance knowledge and medical knowledge related courses. Anatomy teachers also need to closely cooperate with the follow-up physiology and clinical related internal medicine and surgery, do a good job in the connection and integration between the courses, grasp the overall structure of the course, and make every knowledge point understand. We used the "please come in" method to arrange an off campus medical insurance professional to focus on an example of the application of anatomy knowledge in practice to guide students to consciously connect the anatomy course with the future study of insurance specialty. Finally, teachers should properly introduce cases in the teaching process to promote discussion teaching. Students use the learned knowledge points to analyze and discuss the symptoms, treatment process and corresponding insurance treatment methods of various cases, strengthen the integration and refinement of the learned knowledge, and improve the application ability of knowledge through combining theory with practice.

In terms of teaching materials, we selected the textbook of human anatomy and physiology suitable for medical law, medical experiment, medical inspection and other majors, in which the anatomy part is systematic anatomy. In consideration of the cognitive acceptance ability and relevant needs of medical insurance students, we are preparing anatomy physiology teaching materials for medical insurance majors with reference to the breadth and depth of the contents specified in the basic requirements of the National Education Department on human anatomy courses. In the anatomy part, we combined the medical insurance practice and relevant cases with great social impact to highlight the professional characteristics on the basis of ensuring the theoretical framework. In short, in terms of textbook selection, we comply with the principle of both applicability and practicality, and actively compile new and more targeted textbooks to deal with the current shortcomings.
 
Medical insurance is highly comprehensive and practical. As a medical edge specialty, it is particularly important to arrange the teaching contents and methods of medical courses reasonably. As a basic course, human anatomy not only facilitates the follow-up study of clinical knowledge, but also lays a crucial foundation for future graduates to engage in medical insurance. Training medical insurance professionals requires anatomy teachers and students to work together to build a scientific and reasonable curriculum system, optimize the curriculum, improve the teaching content and enrich the practical teaching content, so as to meet the applicability, stability and innovation of the training of medical insurance professionals, and cultivate high-quality medical insurance professionals that meet the needs of social development.
