How to construct the open sharing management platform of large-scale instruments and equipment, and promote the sharing of laboratory resources, improve the efficiency of investment in medical institutions to achieve scientific management of equipment 1-5.

 

As a domestic well-known medical schools and provincial key construction universities, with 17 colleges and a independent college, have 23 affiliated hospitals and more than 50 teaching hospital at the same time, large medical instrument sharing and management tasks are arduous and complex, the problem is more prominent. To this end, the school through the strong strengthening of large-scale instruments and equipment sharing as the core of the high quality resource sharing platform and operation management mechanism construction, integration of resources, expand the scope of opening up and enhance the level of sharing, promote quality resource sharing, scientific and standard for the teaching and research services for school development and local economic services, 6-8.

 

This paper focuses on the construction and use of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform in Nanjing Medical University, including: system design, function module partition, daily management mode, and summarized the characteristics of the system, which provides a useful reference for the construction of similar institutions.

 

1, the overall design of the system
