Abstract:Intellectual property right is the core competition of franchising corporation, and training is the common way of transferring Intellectual property rights. Training to franchised corporation depends on the three factors: trainer, curriculum, Trainee. Curriculum is the resource of intellectual, the basement of receiving intellectual, and the basis of trainer training.
The thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part is a skeleton on franchising, it introduce concept of franchising and explain it in terms of knowledge economy. The Second part analyzes essential characteristics of franchising and the necessary of franchising training. The third part comes and sums up the Chinese realistic problem in franchising training. The fourth one deals with brief introduction of corporate training curriculum developing model. It summarizes concept and theories relevant to training curriculum development in order to find out logical point of promoting franchising research. The last one is the end.
