(2) Real project: enterprises and students jointly operate real enterprise projects, and further sublimate students' professional ability and professional quality through the operation of real enterprise projects.
 
(3) Real internship: students complete the tasks assigned by the enterprise under the real working environment of the enterprise. To lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools and achieving full employment.
 
(4) True performance: students create real benefits for the enterprise and create value for the society in the process of real projects and real internships. At the same time, students also get corresponding labor remuneration.
 
2. Implementation of "four truths" teaching project
 
Establish an e-commerce studio and create a real scene training base. Our school and juke Network Technology Co., Ltd. have jointly built four e-commerce studios in the school: customer service studio, art studio, Taobao operation studio and Tiktok live studio. The operation of the studios is jointly responsible by the enterprise department managers and professional teachers. Each studio undertakes specific project tasks and teaching and training objectives. According to the specific learning situation and interests of 2018 grade e-commerce students in our school, through the combination of voluntary selection and teacher adjustment, they are assigned to four studios to carry out E-commerce Teaching and training.
 
Operate e-commerce studios and build "four truths" teaching mechanism. Our teachers and students cooperated with juke Network Technology Co., Ltd. to operate e-commerce studios, introduce real project operations of enterprises, and build a "four truths" teaching mechanism. Under the guidance of our professional teachers and enterprise technicians, the students completed the enterprise post tasks of juke Network Technology Co., Ltd. as enterprise employees, including Taobao customer service "rebate" service, commodity picture shooting and processing, Taobao shop decoration and operation, and Tiktok live delivery.
 
Undertake e-commerce enterprise projects and implement the "four truths" teaching program. The studio undertook the enterprise project of juke Network Technology Co., Ltd., covering all aspects of customer service, art, operation and new media in the enterprise project. Create studios according to enterprise standards, arrange studios according to enterprise scenarios, operate studios according to enterprise projects, and build practice and training bases according to real production environment. Real scene training, students quickly master professional skills. Students choose different studios to study according to their own interests, and learn and practice in real work scenes. The project tasks are specific and the teaching objectives are clear. Whether it is customer service "rebate" service, baby shooting and detail page production, online store operation or Tiktok live delivery, students' enthusiasm for learning skills has increased sharply. Under the on-site guidance of enterprise technicians and professional teachers, students can quickly and efficiently master various skills.

Students participate in enterprise projects, and their sense of ownership and professional awareness are significantly enhanced in their work. Through the operation of Tiktok live broadcast platform, students majoring in e-commerce of our university displayed the characteristic agricultural products of our county, such as shanxiaomi, silk eggs and Qi crucian carp. These characteristic agricultural products were sent to thousands of households through the e-commerce platform. Our county is an e-commerce demonstration county. The e-commerce industry is developing rapidly. E-commerce students actively participate in the operation of real enterprise projects, can apply what they have learned and quickly master professional skills. Students have created social wealth, realized self-worth, received salary feedback, reduced family burden, and been recognized by schools, enterprises, students and parents.
 
The experience of "four truths" Teaching: (1) the arrangement of courses is flexible and reasonable. To carry out the "four truths" teaching in the e-commerce major of secondary vocational schools, it is also necessary to take into account the normal learning of cultural courses and arrange practical training courses reasonably. At present, the internship time of secondary vocational school students is arranged for 6 months. The curriculum arrangement of the "four truths" teaching internship stage can be flexibly grasped, "monthly classes and monthly training" or "weekly classes and weekly training", which ensures the successful completion of the subjects required by the state. (2) Pay attention to students' mental health. The secondary vocational school students have obvious psychological pressure when they carry out real enterprise project training, and they will have resistance and boredom when they work for a long time. At the same time, the secondary vocational school students have poor self-control and are addicted to playing games, so they need to make more efforts in student management. While managing according to the rules and regulations of the enterprise, the school also regularly carries out outward bound training to train students' ability to adapt to the work of the enterprise, and organizes psychological guidance teachers to conduct regular psychological counseling to ensure the physical and mental health of students. (3) Avoid the risk of enterprise cooperation. The "school enterprise cooperation" of secondary vocational schools presents a situation of "hot school and cold enterprise". Secondary vocational students are immature in all aspects. The real projects are implemented in teaching and training, and the operating enterprises bear great investment risks. In order to avoid enterprise risks, our school cooperates with a network technology Co., Ltd. to build and configure the studios and computer hardware.
