2.2 value of "faith first"
 
"Faithfulness" is an important category of Confucianism. Confucius said that "if a person has no faith, he does not know what to do." he believed that faith is the basic point for people to live in the world. Confucius regards "harmony" and "sameness" as the standard for distinguishing the personality of a gentleman from that of a villain. He said: "a gentleman is harmonious but different, and a villain is identical but different". The so-called "harmony but difference" means that the enterprise does not blindly agree with the superior, can put forward different opinions, and make the decision more perfect; To be able to accommodate and absorb different opinions, live in harmony with people with different opinions and learn from each other.
