Absrtact: With the sustainable development of society and economy in recent years, the speed of urban development has also increased, and the scale of building projects is gradually expanding, gradually becoming an important industry in China. While the construction industry is developing continuously, the quality of construction also attracts people's attention and attention. Although the construction industry has a relatively complete system of management system and construction technology management methods, but there are still some problems to be solved. In this paper, some problems often encountered in the construction of construction projects are studied and corresponding measures are put forward to provide reference for the further development of construction technology.

1. Analysis of Common Problems in Construction Technology in China
There are three main problems in the construction technology of building engineering: 1. There are some technical defects in the construction technology of pile foundation. (2) The technology of roof seepage prevention also has related problems. (3) Concrete quality and maintenance technology need to be improved. In practice, these problems will affect the smooth construction of the whole building, and also affect the safety and quality of the whole building. This paper makes a detailed discussion of these problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
1.1 Pile Foundation Construction Technology
Pile foundation construction is the most important link in construction, and pile foundation construction technology is also the core of the whole project. It is a settlement technology designed according to the settlement degree and bearing capacity of buildings, and it is one of the most complex technologies. The compressive capacity of pile foundation is calculated according to the lateral and vertical pressure, and then the construction of pile foundation is carried out by the function of horizontal load and composite force. But in the actual process of pile foundation construction, if the constructors do not strictly follow the rules of design, it may lead to many problems, so that the construction of the whole project can not be carried out smoothly.
1.2 Roof Leakage Prevention Technology
Many construction workers have the problem that the construction technology does not meet the standard in the roof seepage prevention construction, which affects the smooth progress of the construction. The irresponsibility of construction enterprises and the pursuit of maximum benefits make them think only of their own interests, to buy some steel structures that are not up to the standard made by small factories, and even to use steel structures that have passed the shelf life. Such steel structures do not meet the standard in tensile and compressive capacity, which has caused great hidden dangers to the quality of construction projects and hindered the sustainable development of the construction industry.
1.4 Concrete Quality and Maintenance Technology
In addition to the above problems, there are still some problems related to the quality of concrete and maintenance technology in the construction of construction projects. On the one hand, there are concrete quality problems, for example, concrete will appear a small number of honeycomb and hemp phenomenon. In addition, in the aspect of concrete curing, there are also some problems such as less curing time and less watering. These problems will seriously affect the quality of construction projects, not conducive to the future use of the whole building, and there will be some hidden dangers in quality and safety.
2. Measures to deal with common problems in construction technology
By exploring the related issues listed above, we can easily see that the main reason is that the construction technology management of construction projects is not rigorous and the management method is not scientific. The most important link of project management of construction engineering is actually the technical management of construction, which covers the whole process of the project. The advantages and disadvantages of construction technology management directly determine the credit, main competitiveness and development fate of the company. If we want to occupy a place in the fierce competition in this industry, we must deepen the management system of construction technology, change the regulation of technology management, set up a model, so as to improve the results of the project and the comprehensive economic effect of the industry. The following are some solutions to the problems mentioned above:
2.1 Great Attention to Pile Foundation Construction Technology
Before the actual piling construction, it is necessary to determine the scope of pile foundation construction, select a relatively flat ground, and clear the obstacles within the scope of construction. In the early stage of piling experiment, the instrument is used to measure the location of the positioning pile. Finally, in the pile foundation experiment, the results of each experiment need to be recorded before construction. At the same time, the drainage of pile foundation construction site is very important, so it is necessary to ensure the smooth construction of local drainage pipelines. In addition, in the construction of pile groups, the density, length and specifications of piles should be understood in detail, and then the pile foundation should be accurately constructed, so as to effectively avoid unnecessary damage to the surrounding buildings caused by the construction site.
2.2 Strictly Control the Leakage-proof Construction Technology of Roof

2.3 Correct Use of Concrete Maintenance Technology

2.5 Strict audit of design scheme and project completion acceptance
The design scheme is one of the most important bases in the construction process. If there are problems in the design, the consequences will be incalculable. Therefore, when auditing the design of the scheme, we should strictly comply with the relevant norms and requirements, and put forward practical and feasible schemes in the end combined with multi-party suggestions, requiring both scientific and innovative design. In addition, the construction completion inspection is also a more critical stage, we must not relax our vigilance because of the imminent completion of the project, the more strict control should be exercised at the end of the project. In the inspection and acceptance of the project, we should not only be mere formality, but also strive for perfection to ensure the good quality of the whole project. At the same time, we should improve the relevant supervision system and strictly control the quality of the project.
3 Development Trend of Technical Construction of Project

Technological innovation is a link worthy of attention, and reasonable use of supervision technology has a great role in promoting construction technology innovation. Technological innovation is not only organizational form innovation, but also development mode innovation. Both of them have an extremely important relationship with supervision technology.
3.2 Technology Application of Environmental Protection
A good living environment plays an extremely important role in promoting human life. Through the research and analysis of various construction projects, economic benefits must be considered in many aspects in the construction stage of construction projects, and the protection of the ecological environment beyond the project should not be ignored. Therefore, in the implementation of construction, we must enhance the concept of environmental protection, and apply ecological environmental protection technology to the construction process of all construction projects, which will help to promote the progress of the entire construction industry.

On the basis of ensuring safety in production, construction enterprises find problems and solve problems in time from the aspects of construction quality and construction technology, so as to ensure that construction quality conforms to relevant regulations, create a better living environment, and make due contributions to social and economic development.
