The "several opinions on deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training" issued by the Ministry of education puts forward that in the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges, "we should highly integrate the improvement of students' vocational skills and the cultivation of professionalism, actively explore effective ways and means, and form a normalized and long-term mechanism for the cultivation of professionalism". The national vocational education reform implementation plan establishes a series of measures for "dual" education of schools and enterprises, and puts forward that "vocational colleges should actively cooperate with qualified enterprises in talent training, technological innovation, employment and entrepreneurship, social services and cultural inheritance according to their own characteristics and talent training needs". Therefore, the connection between campus culture and enterprise culture is an inevitable path to deepen the integration of industry and education and improve the quality of school enterprise cooperation. This paper will analyze the current situation of the connection between campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges, and according to the current situation of school enterprise cooperation between the Secretary Major of Taizhou Vocational College of science and technology and the local time-honored traditional Chinese medicine brand "Fang Yiren", this paper puts forward an effective way of school enterprise culture connection from a practical point of view.
 
1. Current situation of the connection between campus culture and enterprise culture
 
The "marketable" talent training goal of vocational education determines the "background" of the cultural construction of vocational colleges.
