Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological tumor, early because of the lack of specific symptoms, patients with physical discomfort to the hospital, most have been developed to advanced stage, so the higher mortality rate, [1] became the first cause of death in gynecological malignant tumors. Once the occurrence of ovarian tumor, physiological, mental and psychological status of patients will be severely hit, coupled with a large number of chemotherapy treatment, the negative emotion of the patients increased, not only bear the physical pain, but also suffer great psychological pain, leading to patient compliance during treatment reduced, greatly reduced the survival the quality of [2]. In this paper, 38 cases of ovarian cancer patients with human care, in order to improve the treatment of patients in the process of compliance and negative emotions, is reported as follows:
1, data and methods
1.1, clinical data
In our hospital, 76 cases of ovarian cancer patients as the research object, the age of not less than 16 years old, diagnosed as ovarian cancer; no serious complications or mental illness, has been approved by patients and their families. The age of the patients was 22-43 years old, the average age was (29.6 +. 3.2) years old, and they were about 35-49 days. It was confirmed that the cyst diameter was 8-12cm, with an average of 9.5 (+ 1.6) cm. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each group. The clinical data of the patients in the two groups had no significant difference in age, illness and disease duration (P>0.05).
1.2, methods
Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care during the whole treatment process, and the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing:
1.2.1, psychological nursing and health education
First of all, nursing staff should communicate with patients to understand the patient's family situation, personality characteristics, the nature of work, education, awareness of the disease, disease, etc.. Secondly, the implementation of humane health education. In the process of education, according to the understanding of the situation of patients with psychological care, the patient's condition expressed concern, to obtain the trust of patients, at the same time to explain the influence of good attitude on the treatment effect of patients. To establish good relationship between nurses and patients, help patients to establish the confidence to overcome the disease, can introduce some cases cured success with confidence to encourage patients, make patients to establish the correct cognition, so as to obtain a good therapeutic effect.
1.2.2, nurse cooperation in operation
After entering the operation room patients to take general anesthesia for anesthesia of patients before anesthesia, nursing staff should carry out psychological counseling for patients, guiding patients with flat lower extremity, post anesthesia nursing staff to patients with fixed lithotomy position, and in patients with shoulder and ankle joints with protective pad, avoid damage to patients. During the operation, the nursing staff should closely observe the patient's vital signs and respiratory conditions, and provide timely supplies and surgical instruments. In the operation, the patient should adopt the corresponding measures of keeping warm, and the lower limb of the patient should be protected by a sponge foot cover. Pay attention to the disinfectant used in heating operation and washing liquid, which use moderate temperature, avoid cold patients during surgery and shivering [3].
1.2.3 and postoperative complications nursing
Nurses should strictly monitor the change of vital signs. To strengthen the guidance of patients with decubitus avoid aspiration; scientific diet patients, encourage patients to exercise out of bed as soon as possible, improve the intestinal function, prevention of intestinal adhesion, is conducive to exhaust; solid catheter adjustment after the operation, to ensure smooth drainage, often replace the drainage bag. Strict monitoring of urine volume, color, nature. After the removal of the catheter, in order to avoid urinary tract infection, told the patient to drink plenty of water. To keep the perineum clean; for patients with incision pain, the use of analgesics or distraction, such as listening to music, etc., to monitor whether the patient incision exudate, oozing of blood.
1.2.4, discharge guidance
When the patient is discharged from hospital, the nurse should inform the patient and his family to comply with the doctor's advice and related matters, so that the patient can form a good sense of self-care. To ensure adequate patient nutrition balance, the formation of defecation behavior, good rest, within 4 weeks of life can not, ban bath, bath for 2 months. Timely review.
1.3, observation index
Two groups of patients in hospital time, operation time, complications and nursing satisfaction.
1.4, data processing
The use of SPSS17.0 software analysis, through the t test comparison of measurement data by chi square test 2 comparison data, P<0.05 shows that there is statistical difference.
2, results
By comparing the two groups of patients in hospital time, complication rate, patient satisfaction with the nursing effect, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), with statistical significance (see Table 1):

3, discussion
Scientific nursing intervention is conducive to the smooth implementation of ovarian tumor surgery, can play a significant role in surgery. Under the condition of improving the quality of nursing, the humanized nursing intervention can simplify the nursing process, ensure the patients get comfortable and high quality nursing, and improve the therapeutic effect [4]. Humane care is divided into health education, psychological nursing, postoperative nursing care and discharge guidance, to meet the basic living requirements of patients, according to the actual situation of the patient's body, to solve the patient specific problems and difficulties. To ensure the quality of nursing services, to maintain the patient's physical and mental stability, to ensure the safety of patients, patients, families, social recognition and help. The report shows that the implementation of scientific and rational human care, can effectively control or reduce the incidence of complications, effectively promote the recovery of patients, reduce hospitalization time. By comparing the two groups of patients satisfaction with the nursing effect, showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The implementation of humanistic nursing intervention can not only improve the quality of nursing and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, but also to strengthen the management, to help create a harmonious relationship, reduce or control the medical disputes, improve the quality of life of patients, promote the hospital social and economic benefits increase, increase publicity for the application.
