The waste gas produced by SF6 pneumatic equipment must be recovered and purified, and can not be directly discharged into the atmosphere. After the purification of the SF6 gas, the gas must be analyzed and tested by SF6. This will not only ensure the safety of the staff, to prevent the air pollution, but also effectively save the cost of investment.
