For many years, Jiangsu Province has been adhering to the "entrepreneurship and innovation" to promote employment and support entrepreneurship and innovation. The college students who start their first business in the entrepreneurship incubation base (including those who are in school and within 2 years after graduation) will be given a three-year entrepreneurship site rent subsidy; Subsidies for entrepreneurship driven employment. College Students' start-ups who absorb other workers for employment and sign labor contracts with them for a period of more than one year and pay social insurance for workers according to regulations will be given entrepreneurship and employment subsidies; Subsidies for entrepreneurial projects. 3、 Suggestions on financial support policies for college students' Entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province

Therefore, we should systematically and comprehensively formulate long-term and effective financial support policies to provide solid financial support for college students to return home and start businesses.

For the inspection, testing, certification, logistics, water and electricity related to college students' entrepreneurship, we will effectively reduce the administrative and institutional charging standards and reduce the burden of College Students' returning home to start businesses.
（2） Increase tax incentives. It is a long-term process for college students to return home for entrepreneurship from start-up to success. At present, Jiangsu Province has set a 3-year tax preference period, which is obviously not enough.
