高校商务英语教学中的思政融入构想

In 2020, the Ministry of Education's Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of Colleges and Universities Curriculum pointed out that "professional courses are the basic carrier of ideological and political construction of the curriculum. It is necessary to thoroughly sort out the teaching content of professional courses, combine different curriculum characteristics, thinking methods and values, deeply tap the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, and organically integrate into the curriculum teaching", and all majors in major universities across the country have entered the ideological and political stage of the curriculum. In the new era, the environment at home and abroad has put forward new requirements for the training of business English professionals. Students are required not only to have basic business knowledge, international vision, and ideal values, but also to have patriotism and mission responsibility, the ability to connect with the world at home and abroad, and the awareness and ability to serve the country and society, so as to better serve China's economic and social development. Therefore, the business English major must change the traditional teaching concept and mode of educating people, organically integrate the ideological and political education into classroom teaching, realize the dual functions of imparting professional curriculum knowledge and ideological and political education, and cultivate international high-quality compound talents with excellent professional knowledge and patriotism and mission.
 
1、 The Necessity of Business English Ideological and Political Integration

As the carrier of ideological and political education, professional courses shoulder the responsibility of integrating ideological and political education. Therefore, teachers need to organically combine the teaching of professional knowledge with moral cultivation in the teaching process to guide students' values in knowledge teaching. Business English majors have developed rapidly in recent years, playing an increasingly important role in China's foreign exchanges and cooperation, and playing an irreplaceable role in serving the national and local economic and social development. In the new era of the "Belt and Road" construction, the ideological and political education of business English courses is closely related to the overall situation of education and the country's foreign exchanges, so it is urgent to carry out the ideological and political education of business English courses.
 
The results of HowNet search show that there are not many literature related to business English curriculum, and most of the research comes from vocational colleges. As an important position for business English talent training, colleges and universities need to reflect the ideological and political aspects in business talent training, and also need to reform the original model in curriculum and teaching, and add ideological and political elements and dimensions. Tang Huili, Cui Mengxiao and Geng Zizhen took the "Business English Viewing, Listening and Speaking" course as the carrier to discuss the integration of ideological and political education into business English teaching, and put forward four specific measures, namely, establishing the professional teaching objectives and ideological and political objectives of the course; Cultivate students' growth oriented thinking and shape their perseverance; Help students establish correct values; Improve students' ability to distinguish right from wrong, and enhance students' cultural self-confidence and national pride. The research on the integration of "curriculum ideological and political" into business English teaching path mainly designs classroom activities of teaching and learning from the perspectives of teachers and students. Teachers reposition the curriculum philosophy and objectives, and make it clear that business English curriculum is not only a professional curriculum, but also a professional curriculum+ideological and political concept curriculum. At the beginning of the new semester, teachers first conducted a pretest questionnaire survey to understand students' attitudes and understanding of ideological and political knowledge, as well as their views on the integration of ideological and political knowledge into business English courses, so as to optimize the teaching mode and content. In the classroom teaching, the teacher closely combines the contents of each chapter of the textbook, introduces the Chinese economic model, development status and contributions to the world economic development, so that students can better understand the advantages of the socialist economic theory and practice with Chinese characteristics. After class, the teacher assigned students to read economic current articles related to textbook knowledge and containing hidden ideological and political elements, and discussed typical cases in class, imperceptibly improving students' rational thinking and value judgment, stimulating students' patriotic enthusiasm and sense of mission, and shaping their world outlook and values. In addition, teachers should reform the evaluation method to promote teaching through evaluation. Teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching reform that cannot be ignored. It can help evaluate the effectiveness of teaching reform. On the basis of traditional teaching evaluation, we should increase the proportion of formative evaluation, so that students can more actively participate in the learning of "curriculum ideological and political", and truly become the masters of learning. On the basis of formative assessment and summative assessment, teachers distribute the post test questionnaire, which has the same questions as the pre-test questionnaire, to investigate whether students' attitudes and emotions have changed before and after the introduction of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" into business English teaching. In addition, teachers conduct individual interviews in a semi structured form to understand students' views and suggestions on teaching design and evaluation methods.
 
(2) Practical Path of Ideological and Political Integration
 
1. Teachers should improve their ideological and political awareness and ability. The idea and goal of the pre class reform curriculum: As the guide of teaching activities, the improvement of teachers' ideological and political awareness and ability is directly related to the improvement of students' ideological and political awareness and ability, and also related to the success or failure of the integration of curriculum and political thinking into professional courses and the effect. Therefore, teachers should constantly improve their ideological and political literacy and ability. As the main body of teaching activities, teachers will affect students in all aspects, and teachers' words and behaviors will have a profound impact on students. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of ideological and political education in Business English, teachers should constantly learn, reflect and improve themselves, and constantly improve their ideological and political awareness and quality. As the carrier of ideological and political education, business English major courses should play a leading role in value and realize the function of moral education. 2. Reform teaching activities in class. Teachers stimulate students' enthusiasm to participate in the classroom by designing online and offline hybrid teaching. Teachers deeply explore the ideological and political elements in business English courses, design various teaching activities, and focus on value guidance and edification while teaching professional knowledge through the combination of explicit teaching and implicit teaching methods. In the class hours specified in the curriculum, teachers will integrate the ideological and political elements they have discovered into classroom teaching, and let students receive ideological and political education through classroom discussion, group presentation, group mutual evaluation, teacher feedback and other classroom activities. Teachers should also make full use of the role of implicit teaching, make ideological and political education passive into active, turn students' passive learning into active learning, and guide students' value orientation unconsciously through implicit infiltration and assimilation. Through effective value guidance to students, teachers can achieve the moral quality and code of conduct that meet the social requirements, so as to achieve the integration of individual culture and the real world. After class, teachers assign students to read economic current articles related to the curriculum and containing implicit ideological and political elements, and discuss typical cases, aiming to enable students to discover the advantages of China's economy, system, culture, etc. from the perspective of economic comparison between China and the West through extracurricular reading, establish four self-confidence, and achieve the goal of "curriculum ideological and political, co resonance; explicit and implicit, development and improvement".
 
3. Summary and reflection after class. After class reflection is the basis for teachers to timely remedy and the reference for future teaching reform. The purpose of improving teachers' quality and teaching effect can be achieved through after-school reflection. Therefore, teachers should write reflection logs based on classroom observation results. In the post class reflection log, summarize the students' classroom performance, summarize the effect of the implementation of classroom activities, timely find the problems in the implementation, deeply analyze the reasons, and make timely adjustments to the problems in the scheme design. At the same time, summarize the advantages of teaching reform in the reflection log, and accumulate experience for the promotion of teaching reform in the future.
 
4. Reform the evaluation method. Tracking the effect of teaching reform: Teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching reform that cannot be ignored. It can help evaluate the effect of teaching reform. Therefore, in order to comprehensively promote the ideological and political development of business English courses, teachers should reform the evaluation method and track the effect of teaching reform. The evaluation of ideological and political education should involve three aspects: evaluation content, evaluation method and evaluation subject. On the basis of the reform of teaching activities and teaching evaluation, teachers issue post test questionnaires, which have the same questions as the pre-test questionnaires, to investigate whether students' attitudes and emotions have changed before and after the introduction of Business English teaching in the "Ideological and Political Course". In addition, teachers conduct individual interviews in a semi structured form to understand students' views and suggestions on teaching design and evaluation methods, and further improve and perfect the ideological and political teaching of Business English through tracking the teaching effect.
 
3、 Conclusion
 
The integration of ideological and political concepts into business English teaching in colleges and universities is the practice of cultivating people by opposing morality in colleges and universities, the only way for college education in the new era, and the inevitable requirement and choice for the construction of new liberal arts majors. By analyzing the necessity of ideological and political education in business English courses in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the integration of ideological and political education in business English teaching, so that business English courses can not only impart business professional knowledge, but also establish morality and cultivate people, guide value, cultivate international high-quality talents with patriotic feelings for socialism, and better serve China's "going global".
