The public has a high frequency of transactions with merchants, and the amount of each transaction is very small. Objectively, it is unnecessary to trade online. The traditional shopping habit is "seeing, touching and listening". The public generally feel that online shopping is not intuitive and safe.

China's economic development is seriously affected by region, history and resources, and there are large regional differences. The southeast coast is a region rich in resources. It was the first region to open its economy to the outside world. Its economy is relatively developed, and its e-commerce and logistics are developing rapidly and at a high level. Inland and resource poor areas are economically backward, e-commerce and logistics are still out of reach, and economic and trade modes are still relatively traditional. This economic distribution in China has seriously hindered the regional development of e-commerce logistics in China.

As a result, enterprises do not have specialized e-commerce talents. The monetary systems of various countries are very different, and there are exchange rate problems. Therefore, it is necessary to strive to unify various payment methods to truly realize "one card goes around the world".
 
2.4.2 safety assurance system
 
Because electronic data has the characteristics of invisibility, the operation of e-commerce involves many security issues, such as capital security, information security, cargo security, trade secrets and so on. It requires e-commerce to be safer and more reliable than traditional paper-based trade. However, the current online security technology and its authentication mechanism are not perfect, which is also an important reason why ordinary consumers hold a wait-and-see attitude towards e-commerce. Security is still the key in e-commerce activities. This issue is directly related to the interests of all parties to electronic transactions. Due to the existence of various risks, all parties can not help but have doubts about engaging in electronic transactions. At the same time, the huge opportunities and rich profits that online exchanges can bring are also attracting those network intruders who like to take risks all the time. Buyers, sellers and banks must bear external risks.
