1、 Introduction
 
Enterprise culture is the value concept gradually formed in the long-term development of enterprises, and it is also an important driving force to promote the continuous development of enterprises in the process of development. 3、 Current situation of enterprise culture construction in public institutions
 
(1) Lack of awareness of enterprise culture construction
 
Before the transformation of public institutions, they mainly relied on state financial subsidies. Under such a historical background, many public institutions still did not deeply understand the important role of enterprise culture construction, especially did not adapt to the construction work of enterprises under the background of the transformation of public institutions. (4) Increase investment in enterprise culture construction
 
As the soul and spiritual pillar of enterprise development, enterprise culture must be strengthened. Only by continuously investing in the construction of enterprise culture can we ensure the development of enterprises^ Chengzhong always adheres to the principles, conforms to its own characteristics, and implements the corporate culture as much as possible. Moreover, in terms of enterprise culture construction, we must pay attention not to excessively introduce western management mode, because there is a big difference between western culture and Chinese culture. Copying other enterprise culture construction methods in order to increase enterprise culture investment will not only cause waste of investment, but also make enterprise culture construction counterproductive.
