1、 The meaning of enterprise culture
 
Enterprise culture is the reflection and embodiment of the practical activities of enterprise operation and management in the ideology of all employees in the enterprise within the specific social organization. Enterprise culture has four characteristics: first, it is natural accumulation, second, it is multi-use, third, it is difficult to disappear, and fourth, it is difficult to imitate. These characteristics determine that the enterprise competition in the knowledge economy is not only the competition of knowledge, capital, technology and talents, but also the competition of enterprise culture. Only the construction of enterprise culture that conforms to the law of knowledge economy can better enhance the competitive strength of enterprises and be invincible in the competition of market economy.
 
2、 The content of enterprise culture construction in the new economic era
 
From the perspective of its internal structure, enterprise culture is divided into spiritual culture, behavior culture and image culture from the inside to the outside. These three levels are interrelated and serve each other.
 
(1) Enterprise spirit and culture. Enterprise spiritual culture is a deep-seated cultural phenomenon, which is at the core of the whole enterprise culture system. It refers to the sum of enterprise values, enterprise spirit, enterprise management philosophy, enterprise ethics and other enterprise ideologies that have been formed for a long time under the influence of certain social culture, environment and ideology in the process of production and operation. (2) Corporate behavior culture. Enterprise behavior culture refers to the activity culture produced by employees in the process of production, operation, learning and entertainment. 3、 Requirements of new economy on enterprise culture
 
(1) The new economic era requires the construction of enterprise culture to have a more "people-oriented" concept. The essence of culture is humanization, and the function of culture is to humanize people. While transforming the objective world, human beings carry out self transformation, self-improvement and self realization, which is the true meaning of culture. Operation and management activities are a basic form of human activities. 4、 Take concrete measures to cultivate new enterprise culture
