However, there are still a lot of problems in the training process of professional master, so the training and development of professional master, and how to ensure the quality of professional master education has aroused widespread concern.
 
1 training objectives
 
There are both the characteristics of the master graduate students and the characteristics of the master's degree. Therefore, in the process of cultivation of professional master, to be directed by actual application, emphasizing the combination of theory and application, by means of case analysis, pay attention to professional training, to ensure the teaching quality of full-time professional master, cultivate students' ability to solve practical problems.
 
2 problems
 
At present, the enrollment of full-time professional master graduate students accounted for 50% of the total, but with the development of the master, the contradiction between supply and demand of high level talents is more and more obvious, master of education cannot meet the needs of the society, and exposed many problems in the training process.
 
(1) the teaching materials required by the master's degree of education are seriously lagging behind, and the shortage of Applied Teaching materials.

(6) lack of internship opportunities. There should be a full-time professional master year internship time, with the expansion of the enrollment scale of postgraduates, the school is very difficult to satisfy all student needs, students' internship opportunities are less, students practice in school, not the current understanding of the needs of enterprises and the actual situation.
 
3 sound measures
 
(1) to construct the quality management system of University and enterprise.
